Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy At Facial Focus Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a cancellation. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a canceled appointment and will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy.
